I'm very happy its Spring equinox, but my immediate second thought was, "Great, the days get shorter from this point forward." Why am I such a pessimist??

Hang in there, We still have a while before Summer Solstice and that's when the days get shorter, so for a while we will have beautiful beautiful waxing sunlit days.
