ooo oooooo i have one! well,i have a friend who has one, homemade recipe straight from Tel Aviv. give me a day or several to get it off of him, but i know it involves something much like:
Soak a pound of chick peas in water over night
process the now soft(er) peas into a very smooth paste
add a SMALL amount of tahini (seasame paste)
blend again
missing several steps that i will later include
then sprinkle Zata -a green middle eastern spice - over the top
but zata is important. i promise to get the rest to you. promise.
